Dedicated to support the opportunity to die with dignity, harmony and authenticity. I support and advocate, so to empower individuals at end of life. I honor all stages of the dying process (before, during and after), to incorporate a persons deeply held beliefs, cherished values and personal comforts & joys offering an authentic and meaningful end-of-life experience.   Services include vigil planning, legacy work, education and resources, family & caregiver support, presence, comfort & spiritual measures.

Palliative Mindfulness

Heartfelt care and guidance through non-medical palliative approaches, fostering presence, relaxation, and overall well-being during life's most tender moments utilizing my skills as a Reiki Master and Certified Breath Coach - Additional offerings may include guided imagery, expressive arts, music and dance movement.

Longevity Care

Enhancing quality of life with individuals as they age, ensuring they maintain comfort, connection and autonomy. This support includes advanced care planning, technology assistance, note-taking at medical appointments to support informed decision-making, movement-based support through activities and walking companionship and more.
